REALTORS® Dental Insurance
REALTORS® Dental Insurance offers four plan options for members to choose from:

- Premiere Plus
- Elite
- Value
All plans include 100% preventive dental benefits when using in-network providers, helping members stay proactive about their dental health while managing costs.
Coverage includes benefits for more than 370 dental procedures.
Preventive Dental Benefits
Preventive services are covered with no deductible and may include:
- Routine exams
- Cleanings
- Bitewing X-rays
- Fluoride treatments
These preventive benefits are designed to help members maintain long-term oral health and catch potential issues early.
Basic Dental Benefits
Plans also include coverage for a variety of basic dental procedures, including:
- Full mouth X-rays
- Fillings and restorations
- Simple and complex extractions
- Surgical tooth removal
- Deep sedation and general anesthesia
Major Dental Benefits
Depending on the selected plan, members may also receive coverage for major dental services such as:
- Root canals
- Crowns and crown repairs
- Dentures and denture repairs
- Periodontal scaling and root planing
- Bridges and porcelain-fused restorations
Eligibility Information
REALTORS® Dental Insurance is available to:
- NAR members with a valid Member ID
- REALTOR® Association staff with Member IDs
- Eligible immediate family members added to a member’s plan
The dental insurance program is structured as an annual plan. Once enrolled, members have a 10-day “look back” cancellation period with no penalty. After that period, policyholders commit to the initial 12-month term.
Availability, rates, exclusions, and coverage details may vary based on state and eligibility requirements.
