Single Sign-On requires Password Reset starting October 27th

Members will soon be able to login to their Member Portal with one password and one-click to access their tools. This innovative upgrade will reduce the obstacles you encounter when accessing your account.

Service Update Window

The system will update on Monday, October 26th starting at 5:00 pm until 9:00 am on Tuesday, October 27th. This means during that time frame, you will not be able to register for classes, pay outstanding invoices, or modify your profile information.

SSO Upgrade will GO LIVE on Tuesday, October 27th

Password Reset will be required on Tuesday, October 27th starting at 9:00 am

1. If you access your Member Portal at gaar.com
  • If you have a License #:
    Username: enter your MLS ID or MLS Login ie., abq._____ (both will be recognized)
    Password: enter your License #
    You will then be required to update your Password (click on UPDATE, do not press enter)
  • If you do not have a License #:
    Click Forgot/Change Password link
    Follow the directions to update your Password (click on UPDATE, do not press enter)
2. Follow the above steps on all your devices; laptop, desktop, tablet, and mobile phone.
3. Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari, etc.,), go to settings and clear browsing history, cookies, cache, and other site data.
4. Delete any bookmarks for Flexmls, Instanet, Remine, and ShowingTime.

If you access your Member Portal at flexmls.com

You will be redirected to gaar.com and will follow the same directions as above.

Why the change?
This summer, the GAAR Board of Directors approved the upgrade to make the procedure more efficient for members. Currently, members login multiple ways and with numerous passwords. The new process will save you time by streamlining and simplifying the login steps.

How will this work?
Members will access their Member Portal at www.gaar.com.

Who will this affect?
All individual GAAR and SWMLS Members.

What if I already login to my Member Portal at www.gaar.com?
For security reasons, you will need to reset your password. You will then have access without additional logins or passwords.

What if I login to my Member Portal at www.flexmls.com?
You will be rerouted to www.gaar.com where you will need to reset your password to access your Member Portal.

How will this affect my Flexmls mobile app?
You will need to update your password on this app.

How will this affect my ShowingTime mobile app?
The app on your phone is a stand alone app and will not be affected.

When will this change occur?
On Tuesday, October 27th, members will need to reset their Member Portal password. After you reset your password, you will want to follow instructions to clear your browsing history, cookies, cache, and site data. Additionally, you will want to delete any bookmarks for Flexmls, Instanet, Remine, and ShowingTime.
