At this time, the outage is impacting:
- Wireless updates for eKEY holders
- Manual update codes
- Lockbox assignments
SupraWEB and SupraNET remain operational. However, because the Supra server is unavailable, users are currently unable to complete wireless or manual eKEY updates, and SWMLS staff are unable to assign lockboxes.
The latest update from Supra Support, received at 2:27 pm, indicated that the issue has not yet been resolved and is still being actively worked on by their technical team.
We understand this disruption may create inconvenience for subscribers and appreciate your patience as Supra works toward a resolution. SWMLS will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as additional information becomes available.
