Cathy will be speaking on risk management since she was the NAR Risk Management Chair in 2015.

Susan Orth

Susan is a technology specialist and will speak to Google, Google apps and the value of cloud storage and transaction management.

Has been a REALTOR® for over 25 years, has a BS in psychology, an MBA with a background in real estate finance, marketing, and technology. She is a founding member and Santa Fe's exclusive member of The Cyberstars, an international group of technology focused REALTORS® who regularly communicate technology updates in their private community. She has her own brokerage, City Different Realty that has been in Santa Fe since 1984.


Julie Greenwood

Having just been selected as the GAAR 2015 Salesperson of the Year, she will speak on her success and the benefits of being a CRS.

  • Has 5 NAR real estate designations: CRS, GRI, ABR, GREEN and e-Pro

  • Served on numerous committees at GAAR including pro-standards, grievance, golf, and as LEAP Chairperson 
  • Served on the Board of Directors at RANM for 4 years and is on the current Executive Committee at RANM representing the central district (GAAR and CARNM).
