SWMLS is actively working to resolve ongoing IDX and listing syndication issues affecting third-party websites. These issues are associated with our longtime data distribution vendor, and we are working directly with them to identify and resolve the problems.

SWMLS has implemented a new data distribution platform, SourceRE, to improve the reliability and efficiency of MLS data delivery. The intermittent issues experienced with our longtime vendor were among the factors that led the SWMLS Board of Directors to make this change.

While SourceRE is now operational, some IDX providers and third-party vendors continue to use the existing system as they transition to the new platform. Until all vendors have completed this process, intermittent issues may continue.

We understand the frustration these disruptions cause and appreciate your patience as we work with our vendors to address existing issues and support a smooth transition. SWMLS will continue monitoring the situation and providing updates as information becomes available.
