GAAR is proud to offer The Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®) Designation Course on the below dates for those interested in earning this designation.

Day One meets June 29th, 2021 from 8:30am-5:00 pm.

Day Two meets June 30th, 2021 from 8:30am-5:00 pm. 

About Your Instructor:

Ginni Field (ABR, SRES, GRI, SRS, e-PRO, SFR) has been a real estate and life coach as well as mentor since 1990. She feels her greatest asset is her ability to connect to her clients and help them discover their greatest potential.As a real estate consultant, Ginni has worked with company leadership at a number of real estate companies helping them grow their businesses through strategic implementation of systems, structure and organizational plans.

The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.

How to Earn It:

Education:

  • Complete the two-day core designation course.
  • Complete one of the ABR® elective courses.

Elective Options | REBAC

Exam:

There is no exam requirement for the ABR Course.

Professional Affiliation:

  • Membership in good standing in REBAC
  • Membership in good standing in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
    • Exception: International members of REBAC do not have to be members of NAR.

Work Experience:

Documentation of five completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyer representative.

Application:

Submit the designation application along with documentation of five completed transactions.

Cost:

  • REBAC Dues
    • First year of REBAC membership is free
    • Second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you joined REBAC
    • $110 per year thereafter
