Brokerage Relationships– Expected & Required Practices!

This course provides foundational knowledge about brokerage relationships in New Mexico that every real estate broker should have and understand.

Do you know what consumers expect of a real estate broker?  Do you understand brokerage relationship rules and related key definitions as presented by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission?

Using actual cases, attendees will examine each of the three relationships to fully understand the duties, responsibilities, and disclosures expected of brokers.  Brokerage relationships are also contrasted with the NAR Code of Ethics, using a meaningful case study.
