Learn the process of new construction from start to finish, how to set expectations with your clients, and how a broker can proactively manage the new construction process with their client and the builder.

Wade Messenger, Pulte Homes
Wade Messenger entered the Homebuilding industry in 2005 just after graduating from the University of New Mexico and achieving a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Wade started his career with PulteGroup, America’s 3rd largest builder, as a licensed real estate agent and new home Sales Consultant, worked his way up to the General Sales Manager, and eventually  Vice President of Sales.

Scott Ashcraft, Las Ventanas NM
Scott Ashcraft has been involved in construction, residential land development, and homebuilding since 1992. Scott is a fourth-generation homebuilder and native New Mexican.  Currently, Scott focuses his skills on developing niche market communities and luxury custom homes.

Francisca Hakes, Hakes Brothers
Francisca is a part owner of Hakes Brothers and currently leads their  PR and Marketing Department locally. She has an undergraduate in English from the University of Texas at Austin and a dual masters at New Mexico State University. Before entering the construction industry she worked in Group Sales and Marketing for Ceasars Palace and Coca-Cola Las Vegas.  She helped found Hakes Brothers Homes which is now 85th on the Builder Top 100 list.
