Today’s connected consumers have an endless resource of information at their fingertips which can often create unrealistic expectations for a seller, especially when it comes to the marketing or pricing of their property in a changing market.  Creating a realistic expectation of the value of their property and the path to its successful sale can be the difference between a satisfied client who tells others about your services or one who believes that you have failed in your ability to sell their home or represent their interests.

  • Attendees will learn how to create a successful sale and plan for realistic market time by educating their sellers in a manner that creates appropriate expectations.
  • Attendees will discover effective dialogues, market data resources and intentional marketing efforts that create positive results and satisfied clients.
  • Attendees will learn the role “Pent Up Demand” plays in the initial 30 days on market.
