Course will cover considerations of indoor radon with respect to the interests of home buyers, sellers and REALTORS. 

Topics to be introduced will include:

• The history and science of radon
• The known health risks of indoor radon
• Proper procedurs for radon testing during a real estate transaction
• Interpreting radon test results
• Addressing and fixing radon problems
• Resources for home buyers, sellers and REALTORS
