This class is reviews state and federal rules and laws for property managers and leasing representatives.    In addition it covers best practices in management agreements and rental agreements.   It will cover applicant screening in some detail.   In addition it will cover property maintenance, reporting to owners, marketing and leasing of the property.   Risk management will also be included. 

Learning Objectives:

1.    The class will learn the new property management rules from the Real estate commission.
2.    The class will review the UORRA owner and resident responsibilities, fail housing and state laws related to property management.
3.    Class will review best practices with management and rental agreements for property start up and leasing.
4.    The class will review the importance of applicant screening, standards with case studies.
5.    The class will learn risk management and mitigation for properties.
6.    The class will cover marketing and leasing of properties.
7.    Maintenance and Reporting will also be reviewed for attendees.
