• Broker will have a basic knowledge of what is required of sellers and buyers to transfer real property.
• Broker will have familiarity with the terminology dealing with septic systems and wells.
• Broker will be able to work through problems that arise in a transaction.
• Broker will learn proper use of RANM Forms dealing with Septic Systems and Wells.
• Broker will be able to provide guidance to buyers and sellers to meet the requirements of the regulations of septic systems and wells.
