• Thursday, August 20th from 9:00am-1:00pm  

This is the only approved course on the subject.  Learn the Foreclosure process from beginning (Pre-Foreclosure) to end (Bank REO).  Short sales (brief coverage, separate course available) and strategies for buying listing or lending are covered from real life transactions the instructor has completed.  Taught from a positive perspective, this course will show you how to expand your business into this area, and feel good about learning new information.
