The GAAR Ambassador Program's mission is to bridge the gap between the Association and its members by keeping brokerages and colleagues informed about upcoming opportunities, events, education, and industry topics.

The GAP Committee organizes two major broker events each year that are free for members, along with a community outreach campaign that supports unhoused students through the APS McKinney-Vento Program.

QB Summit

Each year, GAP hosts the QB Summit, a focused gathering for Qualifying Brokers. This event provides leadership development, updates on industry issues, and the chance to exchange best practices with peers. The Summit is designed to sharpen management skills, address office-level challenges, and give QBs the knowledge they need to guide their brokers and clients with confidence.

G.R.E.A.T. Event

The GAAR Resources Expo and Training, known as the G.R.E.A.T. Event, is a high-energy day packed with professional development opportunities. Members can attend training sessions, connect with vendors, and discover resources that help them stay competitive in a changing market. The G.R.E.A.T. Event is not only educational but also an opportunity to network, explore new tools, and leave with strategies that can be put into practice immediately.

Backpack Drive

In addition to its signature events, GAP leads the annual Backpack Drive every July in partnership with the Albuquerque Public Schools McKinney-Vento Program. This initiative provides new backpacks filled with supplies to unhoused students, ensuring they can begin the school year prepared and supported. The drive highlights how REALTORS® come together to serve children and families in need across the community.
