Did you know there is now a new Detail Report in FLEX? This new report version has a newer design and makes it easier to look up information on a listing. It is now available to use for both PRIVATE and PUBLIC versions for your real estate business. Last minute changes are still being done before it becomes the primary report for all SWMLS subscribers.
This article will show you where to access this report now in the MLS and also how to make it your default report by changing your MLS preferences.
Let’s breakdown the NEW report blocks.
The top section of the report now has the primary photo on the left side. Common fields like Bedrooms, Baths, Age, Price/SqFt can all be found in this top section. Notice that the Property Sub-Type is now in the very top bar next to the Property Type.
The middle section breaks down the listing data into three categories. No more hunting through the listing to find where the Features, Rooms, or Utilities are!
The bottom section of the report contains dedicated sections for Disclosures, County/Tax, and Showing information. The sections for Showing Info, Listing Office, and Sale Info are all considered private view only and will not appear on the public versions you send to your clients. This is great news because your clients will not have to struggle with looking at property information on the old reports anymore!
How to select the new report today! Selecting the new report is easy. In the Report drop down box select "ABQ Full Detail (KO Testing)". Do the same thing when emailing or printing listings.
How to make this the default report for my FlexMLS. The example below shows how to access your Preferences in FLEX, where you can change the default report you see from Search Results.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are you changing the MLS reports?
The new Reports were made possible by the volunteer time and countless hours of SWMLS Policy Committee and authorized by the SWMLS Board of Directors. The changes make the reports more consistent for ALL property types and do a better job of grouping the listing details in easier to find sections.
Are you taking away the old ABQ Detail Report?
SWMLS is not removing the older ABQ Detail Report. You can always switch to view the older version in FLEX. But we promise you will like the new version!
I found something wrong with the new report.
If you find a field missing or an issue with the new report version please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why is it called KO Testing?
KO Testing was just a name used in development while the report was being created. Once the new report becomes the default report for ALL MLS users in the next few weeks it will be called "ABQ Full Report". The current "ABQ Full Report" will be renamed "ABQ Old Report".
