Join the ABC-Z Project for a public meeting about the second module of the proposed Integrated Development Ordinance.
This public workshop will go over the second module/part of the Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO) being created by the ABC-Z Project. Integrated Development Ordinance (IDO) Module 2 Meetings will walk you through the 2nd Module of the IDO and discuss design standards that determine the required quality of development.
The creation of an IDO is intended to take all of the outdated and complicated zoning codes and simplify them while updating them in one document. The IDO will be easier to use, understand and reference by both the public and City of Albuquerque personnel.
This workshop will offer an opportunity for the public to ask questions of the ABC-Z Project team, provide feedback, share ideas and learn more about the IDO.
