About the Speakers

• Dr. Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of Research, National Association of REALTORS®
  He oversees the association’s research activities and provides analysis of economic conditions and real estate market trends. He directs NAR’s economic forecasting and research on home sales, affordability and other key housing indicators. A frequent speaker at real estate conferences, Dr. Yun also participates in leading economic forecasting panels and has testified before Congress. He earned his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Maryland at College Park.
• Dr. Terry Clower, Northern Virginia Chair and Professor of Public Policy, George Mason University
  He directs the university’s Center for Regional Analysis. His research spans economic and community development, land use, housing, real estate markets, economic impact analysis and regional forecasting. Dr. Clower has also conducted research specifically examining data-center development, including a 2025 study analyzing the relationship between proximity to data centers and residential property values in Northern Virginia.
• Nadia Evangelou, Senior Economist and Director of Real Estate Research, National Association of REALTORS®
  She is the leading national and local market research expert across residential and commercial real estate. Her work focuses on housing affordability, demographic and migration trends, supply and demand, and the effects of economic and policy changes on real estate markets and homeownership. She regularly translates complex economic data into practical market insights for REALTORS® across the country. Evangelou holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, along with advanced degrees in International Economics and Public Administration.
• Matt Christopherson, Director of Business and Consumer Research, National Association of REALTORS®
  He conducts survey research examining the trends shaping real estate professionals, consumers and markets. His research covers topics including home buyers and sellers, REALTOR® businesses and careers, international buyers, migration trends and emerging issues affecting the real estate industry. He contributes to several of NAR’s major research reports and helps turn member and consumer data into insights REALTORS® can use to better understand changing markets.
