NMREC Regular Meetings will no longer be held at the GAAR Event Center or viewable on YouTube.
NMREC Makes Location & Viewing Changes
- Meetings will now be held at one of the RLD office locations, either Albuquerque or Santa Fe.
- Meetings will be viewable on Microsoft Teams for CE.
- Meeting agenda will be posted and available at least 72 hours before the meeting on the Commission’s website at: https://www.rld.nm.gov/boards-and-commissions/individual-boards-and- commissions/real-estate-commission/board-information/real-estate-commission-board-meetings/
- Individuals who would like to participate and offer public comment at the upcoming meeting must register in writing by e-mail no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The members of the Real Estate Commission may ask questions for clarification but will not engage in substantive discussion of public comments or take formal action on an item of business unless noticed in the meeting agenda. Issues raised in public comment may be placed on the agenda for a future public meeting for discussion or action.
