Ongoing Connectivity Issues with Transaction Desk

We are aware that members are once again experiencing issues with NMAR’s forms provider, Transaction Desk.

Currently, the ability to toggle between Lone Wolf products in the upper left corner of the dashboard is disabled, and CloudCMA is intermittently inaccessible.

NMAR has confirmed that Lone Wolf is aware of the issue and is actively working toward a resolution. They’ve also shared that these service interruptions may continue as Lone Wolf integrates Transaction Desk with their Transact platform.

Please Note: Hold times with Lone Wolf Support are currently longer than normal. We’ll provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available from NMAR or Lone Wolf.
