Flexmls will enable Auto Assistant for SWMLS  on Monday, January 12th.

Auto Assistant uses public records, geocode data, and prior listings to suggest, validate, and autofill property information during the listing creation process. It reduces manual data entry for agents and improves the accuracy and completeness of the listing data.

What You Should Know

• Adding a listing now starts with a few short steps, including smart autofill suggestions. See details here.
• Agents remain in control of their listing data. Agents can decide on autofill options and must still review and confirm all data before publishing.
• Auto Assistant is the standard workflow for listing creation in Flexmls.
• Auto Assistant is the foundation for further innovation that is planned for the Flexmls listing maintenance module.

Next steps

Beginning Monday, January 12, members will see a product news alert telling them about Auto Assistant and how it works. When you select “Add Listing” from the menu, Auto Assistant will automatically load and start their listing entry process.
