The course examines how economic vitality, environmental stewardship, and housing needs intersect, offering a clear look at what it takes to build communities in a sustainable, resilient way.
Explore how brokers can collaborate with planners, policymakers, and other local leaders to create the outcomes their communities deserve. Expect practical insights, real-world examples, and plenty of ideas you can bring straight back to your business.
Why It Matters
Communities that commit to smart growth and sustainability tend to be healthier, more equitable, and better able to adapt to environmental and economic changes.
