This course is designed to strengthen negotiation skills by helping licensees develop clear strategies, improve communication, and confidently advocate for their clients’ best interests. Participants will learn how to approach negotiations with preparation, intention, and strategy rather than reacting in the moment. The course focuses on understanding client goals, adapting communication styles to different personalities and situations, using active listening to uncover motivations, and identifying strategic opportunities to navigate challenges and achieve successful outcomes.


^Registration Notice: This course is offered at no initial cost as a GAAR member benefit. Due to high demand and limited seating, advance registration is required. If you are unable to attend, written cancellation notice must be submitted by replying to your class reminder email or by sending an email to education@gaar.com at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. Registrants who fail to provide proper notice and do not attend will be assessed a $15.00 No-Show Fee, which will be posted to the member’s GAAR account in accordance with GAAR policy.
