• The Median Sales Price for detached homes was $230,000, a n 11.92 percent increase from a year ago.
• The Average Sales Price for detached homes increased 7.81 percent to $266,694.
• Townhome and condo sales totaled 304, an increase of 23.08  percent when compared to the 1st Quarter 2019..
