• Closed Sales began 2021 with 2,941 sales representing a 13.55 percent gain when compared to 1st quarter 2020.
• The Median Sale Price for detached homes increased to $265,000, a 15.22 percent increase from 2020.
• The Average Sale Price also rose 15.5 percent to $267,013.
