There were 2,551 Closed Sales in the 1st quarter 2022 for detached homes representing a 13.26 percent decrease when compared to 1st quarter 2021.

The Median Sale Price for detached homes increased to $315,000, a 18.87 percent increase from 2021.

The Average Sale Price also rose 17.96 percent to $363,940.
