There were 3,120 Closed Sales in the 2nd quarter 2022 for detached homes representing a 12.3 percent decrease when compared to 2nd quarter 2021.

The Median Sale Price for detached homes increased to $340,000, a 17.0 percent increase from 2021.

The Average Sale Price also rose 17.1 percent to $391,827.
