• Median Sales Price increased 3.5% to $380,000 for Single-Family Detached homes and dropped 3.9% to $270,000 for Single-Family Attached homes.
• Average Sales Price increased 4.7% to $449,009 for Single-Family Detached homes and dropped 3.9% to $284,335 for Single-Family Attached homes.
