A new way to explore Southwest MLS market data is arriving soon.

A fresh look at market statistics is coming to Southwest MLS. Later this month, subscribers will gain access to Domus Analytics, a powerful new platform that makes it easier to analyze local housing trends with interactive dashboards and customizable market data. After extensive testing and data validation, the platform is ready to replace the previous statistics platform with faster, more dynamic reporting.

A New Look for Market Reports

One of the first changes you'll notice is our redesigned Market Infographic.

Replacing the familiar Green Sheet, the new infographic presents the market's most important metrics in a clean, visual format. Median sales price, closed sales, active inventory, new listings, days on market, and price per square foot are all displayed in an easy-to-read graphic. Both year-over-year and month-over-month percent changes are displayed, plus price per square foot is a new data point we are able to share consistently with Domus.

Subscribers can quickly customize the data from their Member Portal to answer specific market questions, while the public will also have access to a simplified version through the GAAR/SWMLS  website.

More Than Monthly Statistics

Domus Analytics is more than a monthly report. Members will have access to interactive dashboards that allow them to explore market activity in greater detail, including:

• Pricing Insights for deeper pricing analysis
• Interactive Market Reviews with expanded filtering options
• Public market infographics that can be shared with clients and consumers
