GAAR’s 2016 Advertising Campaign

In 2016, GAAR is stepping up consumer outreach through advertising, special events, public relations and by launching the new statewide home search website.

There will be three main topics that GAAR's advertising campaign will focus on throughout the year:

The key goal of the consumer campaign is to improve and reinforce the REALTOR® brand to our local community and to educate consumers on the benefits of using a REALTOR®.

1. "REALTORS® are Good Neighbors" spotlighting commuity contributions by Good Neighbor Award Winners

2. The REinvent Speaker Series inviting consumers to hear high-level speakers and engage with REALTORS® in community building events.

3. advertising driving consumers to our new website (in April)

Our ads will be featured monthly in Albuquerque the Magazine, the Alibi and Albuquerque Business First and quarterly in Su Casa Magazine. In April, we will supplement the campaign with radio, TV and/or billboard advertsing to advertise Home Ownership Month, REALTOR® Week and the GAAR Grande Open House Weekend.
