• Average Sales Price increased 1.7% to $428,402 for Single-Family Detached homes and dropped 3.0% to $281,858 for Single-Family Attached homes.
• Days on Market increased 17.5% to 47 days for Single-Family Detached homes and increased 60.7% to 45 days for Single-Family Attached homes.
